The Simulate Tab allows you to simulate or imitate the application. This is useful for demonstrating Screen flow to all interested parties. You have to add a jump between Screens before you can simulate. After that, you can start simulating user interaction. You can't edit the Properties Panel while you are in the Simulate Tab. If you need to edit properties, you should use the Design Tab.
