The Select Project Page allow you to choose the source Visual Basic .Net and a destination C# project. The full path of the destination project is always displayed in the Project will be created at: area at the bottom of the dialog.
This page works similarly to the New Project dialog that is part of Visual Studio .Net. Like the New Project dialog, it looks and behaves differently if you are converting a web project instead of a windows project. In the case of a web project, the destination must be a web URL.
